Dan7690 10 Posted December 1, 2015 I know this question has probly been asked 100 times but I can't find the help I need anywhere. Basically my car is in a million pieces so no chance of connecting the battery to open the sunroof, I've got the headliner out but I can seem to figure out how to get the sunroof liner out to get to the actual sunroof and I'm not overly keen on dropping the whole mechanism down the get the sun roof out. So if there a way of getting the sunroof out from the inside without dropping the whole mechanism?? Thanks
seanl82 23 Posted December 2, 2015 You've got to tilt the sunroof up, then push on two clips either side before sliding it out iirc.
Roger Blassberg 0 Posted December 2, 2015 You can open the sunroof manually using the allen key inserted into the motor. No need to have the battery connected. There is a special tool to dislodge the inner panel but you can probably do without it. Just get a lever into the front of the trim panel from the inside and sharply tap it to force it back. Best wishes RB
