sill photo

can any one post up a pic of the rear end of the sill as I need to see the profile before I start fabricating some metal

i had a similar problem i cut out the rusty bit

 

[ATTACH=CONFIG]83653[/ATTACH]

then got some steel and put a 90 bend to form the lip then bashed with hammer on a sand bag to get the shape right using the part ide cut out as a template.

not easy but doable

oh also i filled the lip with under seal slightly higher on one side to stop the water sitting there and rusting it again. it should drain out nicely now
