Corrado Specialist in Berkshire / South England?

Hello,

 

Hopefully someone can help:

 

My dad has a 1990 G60 Corrado (1.8L) that has sadly sat undriven on our drive for about 10 years and during this time, he's debated getting it fixed or just selling it / parts. We want to get it fixed for him for an important upcoming birthday, as we know he'll just keep putting it off.

 

Here's what I know:

- ABS and / or engine management control system kaput

- rear brake slave cylinders seized

- it'll also need new tyres, new BBS centre caps (stolen), paint / re-polish and doubtless lots more but the top two are the biggest issues.

 

So - can anyone recommend a VW / Corrado specialist / garage in the South of England, preferably Berkshire or Bristol but anywhere south is good.

 

Also, may be an impossible ask but can anyone make a *rough* estimate on price - parts + labour - ?

When you say the abs system is kaputt, could you be more specific, how doesn't it work? Dash light on? brakes seized on? If so just get a set of cheap, used calipers.

I'm asking because I also bought a 16v 9A years back that was sitting in a garage for 12 years and if I can help you or give you any advice just let me know.
