I want the extra hump in the carpet so I can fit a full size spare like early cars had as opposed to the silly size spare late cars have. I have a spare Speedline that I want to fit in the boot. Geeba 0 Posted February 1, 2017 We used to swap early MK2 Golf GTI boot carpet (with hump) for later no hump carpet and that fitted fine, to be honest when I look at my Corrado with all the interior out it pretty much looks identical to the Golf ;) - one thing I do remember is the early carpet seemed better quality on the Golf, and it extended under the rear seat. delfinis38 1 Posted February 1, 2017 Heritage have some new ones for about 40 quid... need to check the part number. Needs to be new or a1 condition for my car.. will check and maybe get back to you.
