What size are the fronts please

They are from a Porsche Boxster

So I think the discs are 304mm?

Not sure

It may help to post the part number of the calipers.

FYI - Boxter S calipers are 996.351.425 / 996.351.426

Hey Tan,

Slightly off topic, but what brand spacers are they, did they fit the hubs OK.

Hi, I presume these wont fit under 15's?

you will be hard pressed to find big brakes that fit under a standard 15" wheel - most require 16's & motor sport variations which can house big brakes

options for with a 15" (AFAIK) are 288mm calipers or HiSpec Billet 4's, the latter of which i have just put on my VR

i am unsure if bespoke makers like Wilwood have any options that will fit

Hi, oh ok I thought they looked a bit big. Cheers for the info.

The Hispec billet 4's come in a kit for the rado or??

pleasure

i did quite a bit of research into my options for binning the standard VR calipers but keeping the 15" speedline alloy

the 4 pots from HiSpec i had seen on here as dragongreen has them on his VR - plus id seen them on wheeler dealers when they used them for a porsche IIRC

the Billet 4's do come as a kit but you will also need a set of 10mm hubcentric spacers, longer wheel bolts & braided hoses with a banjo connector. i did initially get the spacers & bolts from HiSpec too but didnt use them as the spacers were not hubcentric & the bolts needed cutting down a they were slightly too large. the braided hoses were fine

HiSpec manufacture to order & have a 3-4 week lead time

i put all the details in my build thread here http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?44751-g0ldf1ng3r-s-VR6-amp-1-8-16V/page40 if you want specific info :)

Yeah just went through your thread, they look the part alright!! I might give them a call tbh. The money you're talking seems very reasonable for a decent setup like that
