Late lenses on to early casing question.

Years ago I bought some early headlights. Mine were in bad nick, I could not get hold of late ones at the time. Some years later I got some late lenses. The early lights are on my car . Were the casings different?, or was it just the lense ?. I need to know if I can swap them and fit late lenses on to early casings. so it will be oem .

Both fit no problem Rob, d'un it loads of Times..

You Will have to match the Outer plastic surrounds though, they are different. The facelift, later types are deeper than the '89/'90 versions.
