Will.I.Dub 11 Posted May 26, 2017 Have you a Bentley manual? There's a detailed diagnostic check in it. The locks including he petrol tank and boot are all vac/air actuated
1200 bandit 10 Posted May 26, 2017 Hi No manual need to know how the petrol flap , boot lock works it is a vacuum system Has abody removed the vacuum system and fitted a after market system
Will.I.Dub 11 Posted May 26, 2017 As I said in the last post they are vac/air operated like the doors. If it were me I'd be getting the original system working correctly rather than cobbling in an aftermarket solution. Gti_Jamo 10 Posted May 27, 2017 When you fit aftermarket alarms, they just tap in to the vacuum pump to operate central locking which includes both the tailgate and petrol flap.
