Newbie and questions

areet! :D

 

im new to the forum and i would like some advice please :wink:

 

looking at selling my mk2 golf gti and getting a raddo g60,

 

whats the max miles that i the g60 engine can take and still run well?

want to spend around 2k, i know its goin to be hard!, but all i can strech to realisticly.

My G60 has 155k on the clock, but has been looked after. The guy who brought it, had it for 11 and a half years and always got it serviced regular at VW. Also he only did M/way miles, so car never really went above 3k revs. Charger was in near perfect condition, dispite never being rebuilt before I got it!!

 

Only cost me 2g so u can find some real bargains out there, just be ultra careful, and follow the fantastic buying guide on this site :D

if your budget is stretching to £2k......then you'll be very lucky to get one......as the ones that do come up at the £2k and under mark.......are normally needing a charger rebuild which i think is roughly £500 from g-man

think they are 16 or 17........do a search on here and you should find out :wink:
