Is this interface the best for the VR6, what is the differance with the new 'digital' ones? Have you any experiance of VAG-COM compared to VWTOOL and SCANTOOL. Kevin Bacon 5 Posted July 19, 2004 All you need is the VAG-COM software from Ross-Tech.com It's by far the best currently available. Scantools are OK but most of them, including VW1551 and 1552 merely give you the output code, not the translation. VW are pulling support on 1551/1552, so getting a code list will be difficult.
