Rear bumper bolts

Hi , can anyone tell me if the rear bumper will come off if the bolt heads have sheared ?

The front bumper came off easily but the rear is fighting back . 1 bolt out but one has sheared and the other 2 are really tight , I don't know whether to persevere or give up and live with it being held by three bolts . Would really like to get it off for paint .

Despite soaking in plusgas 2 of the 4 bolts sheared off on the car I broke for parts last year. Needed a little persuasion but the bumper came off.

Thanks Marks , when you get the bumper off is there access to the captive nuts to get the broken bolts out ?

There is. I welded nuts onto the top and undid with a socket.
