Is it ok to run no cat in a g60??

When i bought my g60 it had some bs piping done to it so i had them just put 2 1\4" all the way to the stock header.

 

Goes

Header

Muffler

2 1\4" piping to tip

 

is this ok to run no cat? Am i gonna lose power from this cuz i bought an intake and im waiting to get my hands on some good fuel injectors.
