FONF 0 Posted July 22, 2004 Hello, I'm french so excuse me for my "french" english  I'm the webmaster of a french forum http://www.forumvr6.com and I think your forum is great ! So I want to upgrade my corrado VR6 brakes (280mm) to newer golf mk3 vr6 (288mm). I bought all I can on a crashed mk3 to do this. My question is : Do I need other parts to do this upgrade ? Or it's simple, I only have to swap between corrado parts and mk3 parts ? Known problems to do that ? I hope you understood me :?
Mike Edwards 0 Posted July 22, 2004 Very simple. You must use the brake fluid hoses for the 288mm brakes as well.
FONF 0 Posted July 22, 2004 So I have to purge brake fluid ?
ChildeRoland 0 Posted July 22, 2004 Yep bleed em over and over again...they'll take a while to bed in too so dont rag it around too much for the first hundred miles or so.
