replace headlamps or reflectors

Where is the cheapest place to buy new headlamps, the reflectors are yellowed on mine. :?:

I'm pretty sure that VW has actually lowered the price of headlamps recently (to around £70 each) and so are the cheapest place at the moment... 8)

They're £95 from the dealers for the whole lamp, used to be nearly twice that.

 

Look on ebay too, I got a brand new glass for the driver's side for £5. Glass on it's own from VW is £25.

 

If the chrome plated lamps have gone yellow, try cleaning them with some very mild cleaner. Don't solvent based products as that strips the chromium plating off the plastic!
