Mr_Rossy 0 Posted July 31, 2018 Hi there, I've got a VR6, 1995 approx 101k on the clock. Noticed a low level misfire at 1500-2000 revs when pulling awayb in 2nd normally, and a friend recommended I look at the coil pack. Ifound that the 3rd outlet had snapped off therefore ordered a standard cheap brand replacement. I fitted this and did a test drive, not 2 miles into it there is now no firing at all on 1 & 6. I took the leads off whilst running and no spark at all on 1 and 6. Is it possible the new pack is a dud? or could I have another issue? Any helpp would be much appreciated.
