totallyoriginal 0 Posted March 5, 2019 Hi The impeller on the blower motor is falling apart and fouling on the casing. Anybody know of either a new blower motor or complete a/c system for sale? fla 9 Posted March 5, 2019 this is not a nice job - had a similar issue on mine where the housing had cracked a little causing the fan to continually clip it. You need to remove the fan plus the mounting manifold, there are a few screws at the back of the body which need to be removed as well. Short self-tapping screws. Its been a while since i did it and it does take time but just manoeuvre the fan until you can lift it out. Remove the impeller and lube the bearings. When you refit spin it by hand and ensure you have 3-4mm clearance between the impeller and manifold. Sorry its not a very helpful post.. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
