vw rule 19 Posted December 17, 2019 Hello there, according to ETKA it's listed as below: Protective boot/sleeve set for guide pin Part number 8E0 698 470B Slide guide pin with pad carrier (up to 1991) up to VIN 50-M-027-000 Part number 857 615 125 Slide guide pin with pad carrier (after 1991) after VIN 50-M-027-001 Part number 357 615 125C You might find a set of slide guide pins on eBay, or if you enter part numbers into Google it should hopefully show you other options. Not sure about length on this one could be difference of 2mm ? Thread size M8 X 1.25mm I think ? vw rule 19 Posted December 17, 2019 (edited) The Slide guide pins possibly are £8 to £12 for a set per side. Pad carrier complete with slide guide pins are £25 to £50 for aftermarket ones, but for OEM from Classic Parts or through Heritage, are something like £150 each. The only part number/item that I think is obsolete now is 357 615 125B All the others listed in above posts I believe are still available.
