02a 4Cyl Starter Motor Bolts

Hi,

Looking to track down the 2no long bolts for the starter motor as attached, ETKA shows 2 different bolt arrangements - if anyone can shed any light on the difference it would be appreciated.

Hello there,

 

I think these are possibly the part numbers for the starter motor bolts,

that go through front engine mount bracket also.

 

Top Starter Motor Bolt.

Main bolt length is 160mm from head of bolt. Small stud on top of head of bolt is M8 X 15mm = (this is for earth lead)

Part number N90 572 901

M10 X 160mm X M8 X 15mm

Still available at VW Classic Parts / Heritage

 

Top / bottom Starter Motor Bolt.

Similar bolt as above but without small stud on back of head.

Part number N10 103 501

M10 X 160mm long bolt,

Still available at VW Classic Parts / Heritage.

 

Shorter flanged bolt

N10 241 601 Obsolete

N10 241 602 Obsolete

N10 241 603 Possibly available ??

N10 241 605 Still available at VW Heritage.

M10 X 45mm
