Boot CD changer mounting brackets

Long shot - would anyone have a set of the CDC mounting brackets for the original VW changers for the side of the boot? I was putting it into the centre armrest, but would prefer it further back - I do have a set of first aid kit mountings, so I guess I could jury-rig them, but would be nice  to keep the first aid kit in the arm rest.
