jedi-knight83 0 Posted September 1, 2004 nope dont work...saw a program on it..and all the police do is adjust the contrast and colour saturation of the photo and the number plate shows through as clear as day...they then try to prosecute you with obstruction of the law aswell as your speed ticket!
