He's probably got a can of tyre foam stashed somewhere.

 

The space saver and jack etc are a weightly little lot but a bit of weight over the back wheels is a good thing on a FWD car :wink:

NO Spare i just keep a can of tyre weld around for those unfortunate incidents. I also make sure the green flag membership is up to date.
