just got a qoute for 1186 for a G60.

im 21, no points, 1 years NCB.

 

does this sound ok in comparison to what others are paying?

 

what insurance group is the G60?

hi mate, thats fairly reasonable if its fully comp and your main vehicle.

im 23 wiv no no-claim, on lmited mileage, a 2nd car and on a g60 its 1900.00. i think group 16. try adrian flux, they are keen to beat quotes.

I'm 23, 3 years no claims, no points or accidents etc - £1,400 - was the best I could get. Car is pretty well modded though. I think living in the insurance equivilant city of Baghdad doesn't help though.

give adrian flux a call...they were the best...or brentacre..they went quite as cheap as adrian flux but were pretty close.

I just had a quote from first alternative, for £431 fully comp, protected for my Storm. Not bad for 31 with 6 points. Think I'll be taking them up on the offer. Hows the hunt for a corrado going then Marcus?

i need to get the right amount of money together 1st before i get into the market for a G60.

 

on a more depressing note tho, the price of a decent G60 is going up by the day! :(

hopefully ill have about 3k to spend on 1. but with that money i would also look at a fiat coupe turbo or a golf vr6 :|

not that the G60 or Golf VR6 are cheap to maintain.......but if you're on a budget i'd avoid the fiat coupe turbo like the plague...........at least the VW's brakes are cheap to replace let alone the costs involved with the cambelt change on the Fiat :shock: :shock: :shock:
