Blue_Joe 0 Posted September 24, 2004 Can anyone please offer some advice. My G60 has started to judder at top end of revs and loses power. The effect effect is a little like when you are almost out of fuel and you put your foot down and it starts to pull away then judders like it's not getting enough fuel. Other than that it performs fine. Normally happens between 5000 & 6000 Revs. Any ideas????
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted September 24, 2004 This sounds like the infamous worn distributor scenario. I believe Pitt Stop discovered this some time ago, after some intensive testing.
h100vw 0 Posted September 24, 2004 Agreed, having suffered myself. Being in the electroincs trade I could never see a good reason for it happening but I was assured by Steve Pitt and also Darren at Gwerks that this was the cause. Cheers Gavin
