Not had these symptoms my self, but I would start with the following.

 

When the engine is running, disconnect the blue temp sensor and listen out for the engine revs dropping and the stabilising again. If it doesn't do anything replace the sensor.

 

Check the micro switches on the throttle body are working, one should come on soon as you put your foot on the accelerator pedal, and the second one on full throttle. Do this with the engine off.

 

Check all the vacuum lines are in good condition, and the one going to the ECU is the correct 1M in length.

 

If all is still not well, check the wiring loom for the fuel injectors.

 

By the way how was the car running prior to removing the supercharger?
