Require the following for a g60 engine. -Top radiator hose -both water hoses that connect to heater matrix -U bend off the supercharger (for a front mounted intercooler) -Bracket that supports the charger (not the large bracket over waterpump) -A good condition boost return pipe required - Complete -Later type rocker cover with square breather needed, including the breather and pipe itself. As title After a G60 airbox in standard form. Also a leather steering wheel similar shape to the mk2 golf. A full throttle body or just a set of working throttle body switches for G60. thanks

I used to own that at one stage! Original airbox available ? but I don't remember there being one on there at the time. Many years ago now.

Turns out you were right. I inspected the injector wires (it was the very first thing I did) turns out its actually melted where I couldn't see it and the wires were touching. My dad took the head off for me anyway because I was skeptical about the pistons being forged 83mm. These are standard 91mm. After speaking to the previous owners. Not one of them touched swapped the bottom end. Remember the G werks mk2 golf demo car? the "1.9". Yeh sure...

Just checked. Injectors plug: red wire - 0v with ignition on. brown/yellow - 0v Start the car - and get 13v when running on the red wire. 13v on the brown/yellow (as its in series) Now I'm sure the red wire should be 12v when the fuel pump primes. Just changed the relays and double checked the wiring. Even bypassed the alarm incase the relays inside the box were faulty. Still cuts out when I hold the revs up on cold. Head off tomorrow me thinks. Just hope the pistons are ok and the prev owner didn't run it lean. Wish me luck...

Could have been leaking throughout that journey. Would suspect main bearings. Had a similar issue on another car and managed to "roll out" the old bearings.
