M45 are too bad for 1.8 you need M64 (mercedes) or M90 (ford, jaguar, ...). M64 : the problems is the 2 parts pulley A friend have a kit to sell 800€ personnaly, I have a M90 short snout from Jaguar (very hard to find) -
