another vote for 16's!
-
I bought them for $1000 off of somebody local who decided they wanted the money for wheels instead. I had to raise it up about 2 inches from where it sits in the pics til I get my fenders rolled. These coilovers are wonderful. I just need to find somebody who will align her.

a picture is worth a thousand words!

I don't think the heatshield would vibrate my dashboard would it?
-
is it possible to change this mount with the transmission still in the car?
-
thanks guys.. will check it out.

When accelerating, my car vibrates badly when the motor is at 3000 rpms. My front and back motor mounts are fine. Could it be the tranny mount?

just snapped a new pic...

They are falken ziex ze512's I think the "rimguard" on the tire makes it look kinda funny. I'm glad the "stretch" folks chimed in and gave their feedback, I was getting worried! (funny how people sit on one side of the fence or the other on stretching) I've been a fan of stretched tires for years. ANyways, I just passed my brake, light and smog checks so I'm good to go. I get my new stickers this evening and will be legal to drive finally. I've owned the car for 6 months and have finally got it on the road. The previous owner neglected everything. Next in line is lowering and getting the glader rebuilt. (besides getting the windows to roll down!) There is a deal on the vortex for B+G coilovers for 1099.00 I think I'm gonna jump on. (I can't be driving a boot around, now can I?) *grin*

isn't that the solution to everything? you guys are starting to scare me.

I was under the impression that 205/40 was a pretty common stretch size for the 16x9s.
-
The guy putting them on thought I was cookoo... maybe I am. :)
-
16x9 borbet et30 -5mm spacers- 205/40/16's are air bags even concieveable, or should I stick with buying coilovers?
-

Thank you for your knowledge. I'm a big fan of the euro look.
