ANOTHER CORRADO BITES THE DUST ....... My mate at the VW Dealership have just had another Corrado come in on the scrappage scheme, you wont beleive this but its a 1993, blue, 2.0L 16v one owner thats done 130k miles with full VW service history,,,, taxed and m.o.t`d and its going to be scrapped ....... this is not good ..... :(

....if it is that one at the bottom of the add it actually says its isnt a storm. Would be very interested to know what quotes he is getting for the repair work? he works in a bodyshop and its now all fixed and it only cost him £350 ...... not bad hey ..... :D

yes he did buy it off ebay, he checked with VW and it is a factory option the air bag light is built into the clocks. So i bet there aren`t many uk C fitted with this option ..... :D

My mate as just purchased a UK Corrado storm N reg that as a drivers air bag he as checked with VW and it is a factory fitted item, as anyone else got or seen a Corrado with a drivers air bag ???? .......... :D

My mate works at a VW maindealer and in the last 2 weeks they have scrapt 2 corrado`s one was a blue storm and the other is a VR6 with recaro interior, i bet lots of corrado`s will get scrapt when they are offering £2,000 for them in p/x. Just seems a shame to scrap good cars ............... :( :(

Corrado prices have come right down at the mo, i would hang on and see if the prices go back up ......

I bought my mint Vr from TCS and he seemed a really nice chap, My mate knows him really well, and told me that TCS does buy Corrado`s at very cheap prices and makes a fortune out of selling them + he also said that TCS sold over 70 Corrado`s last year..... :D

it will be nice with no adverts, but the ITV did do a good JOB ........ :D

i`ve been to a couple of track days and it can go tits up,,,,,, i did see a couple of crashes ...... :D

My mate is friends with TCS, the car has been sold and gone overseas ......... so is that only 3 left in the uk .... :lol:

i purchased an excellent corrado from TCS and he seems a really nice bloke, But because he specializes in Corrado`s he said that he gets lots of idiots ringing him with stupid questions about Corrado`s, when i was there 2 people rang him 1 asking what size wheels fit a Corrado and the other asking him how to fix the alarm on his Corrado...... so look at it from his side ......

what a waste of money ............
