Not to start a new thread, I'll ask ithere... I'm having missfiring problem on my vr6 corrado too, especially under load. My question is - can it be a poor/weak battery witch cause such problems?.. I'm mean maybe it doesnt give enough voltage for the spark?.. I've already changed plug wires, tested other coilpack, spark plugs were changed ~1000 miles ago, alternator was checked also... Corrado was not driven for ~3-4 years, so I suspect week battery - after charging it it does start the car, though battery drains out pretty fast. Or should I check something else too?.. Thanks a lot guys, want to sort this out asap and enjoy my vr6 again... :)

So front-end is finished, not so much left to do. Basically interior stuff and fixing few bugs - 1st of them is misfiring (first suspicion - coil pack...)

Thanks for the info, I knew about tabs, but not about offset... Probably will have to modify my late style grill to fit old style 2 tab fitment...

Guess what - I still own my corrado and it's alive again :) It's bin sitting in garage for ~4 year, since I've bin really busy with work and had now inspiration to do something... So whats bin done now: - Resprayed body - Fully rebuild engine with 2.9 pistons - Rebuild suspension - 4 pot brembo brakes - etc, etc... So what I'm basically doing now - is cleaning it and putting all back together :) Just few pictures and a short video...

Hello, Sadly, but up for sale my Vortech V9 supercharger unit. Supercharger is in superb, "like new" condition, polished finish, covered ~2000 miles. I will add VF engineering bracket, (though the small bracket for complete installation is missing, but I can fabricate it upon request), bolts, 315cc@3bar bosch injectors and belt. I would like to get 1150 GBP, or 1000 GBP just for the S/C. I know it's not low price, but SC is almost new... Thanks, if You have any further questions, please ask.

I've used original corrado subframes, but had to modify them a lot - not much left of them :D I've welded few metal stripes on them, to have a place to mount a seat... It's difficult to explain, but I could take some pictures on weekend if you need... On the other hand, I would agree with grey16 - the best is to use hard fixed mounts (but it also requires some fabrication), because otherwise it's difficult to put seat low enought and tight enought ...

Wow :shock: , I have to admit, that I didin't pay attention to this, when fitted sandwich plate. But it seems, that I've have done it right, because no problems even after track days (though on track oil temp reaches ~140)...
