greasegriff started following THE Corrado Forum 2.0 FEEDBACK THREAD, classifieds and Another.. Whats it worth:(
-
I've just registered on R32OC and I believe a minimum of 100 posts is required before you can put a 'For Sale' thread up.
-
I've noticed that some of the regulars on here turned there own 'Build Threads' into 'For Sale' Threads anyway. All of a sudden, 'I've polished my bonnet with XYZ' went to 'Bored of my Corrado, genuine offers around £ABC will be entertained'. Quickly followed by 'Bump'. Personally, I think the old style worked well for the genuine sellers, generated talking points and only rarely caused controversy. However, I completely understand that having a dedicated 'For Sale' section also helps if you are actually looking for something as all the items are collected in one place. Payment pending, I hope that I am one of the first who can say their car has sold on the new Classifieds section (albeit not with the 'Offer' button!) and should be with the new owner very soon, all being well.

4.5k sounds like a good price. The problem is, people are always unsure of modified cars. I was the same. I wanted to spend the money myself modifying the car, rather than letting someone else pay through the nose and me get a bargain! Knowing what I know now, and having done it the expensive way, I'd buy a car ready-to-go (or nearly there as in your case) and save a lot of money. Good luck if you do decide to sell, looks like an interesting set-up for someone.

Is there any way of changing the title of a thread I created previously? i.e.-my 'For Sale' advert?? I could do with putting a price in the title really. -
THE Corrado Forum 2.0 FEEDBACK THREAD

Sorry, I know this is a recurring question, but..... Is there any way to look at what threads you've posted in? I know you can go to 'My Profile', 'View All Posts' but this just brings up what you've posted, not the threads. In the Bible, you could click 'View Your Posts' (I think - it was automatic what I clicked so it may have been different?!) and it would bring the threads that you'd posted in, so it was easy to see if a thread you'd posted in had been replied to. Does that make sense? Would be great to have it back as I (and by the souds of it a lot of other people too) used it a lot to keep track of my interests. -
A family-friendly footballers four-wheel drive! I bet Range Rover are quaking in their boots! I quite like it mind! I do see the M Coupe in it though (and I like that car too!).

Mine's ready to go if you want! viewtopic.php?f=12&t=100037 I feel for you mate, sometimes it just feels like life is against you doesn't it! Chin up, hope it gets sorted.

Don't you just love it when people kiss and make up!! Well done chaps!!

I'd agree with that. I went to the Monaco GP a couple of years ago & was sat right on the first corner. It's a relatively slow one but we were so close, you could feel the power of the cars! We also saw a couple of guys plough into the safety barriers...who doesn't like a crash or two! There's one car on that first clip that seems a bit quicker than the others. Is it a Radical or something similar? 55 seconds in.

I like that! :salute:

Stolen Camper - MAIDSTONE KENT - Coming HOME!!
greasegriff replied to colinstubbs's topic in General Car Chat
I bet that's still worth a few grand! They've shot up in value over the last couple of years. -
My mistake, I'm thinking insurance documents. For some bizarre reason, they up the insurance group for the Storm. Must be something to do with perceived nickability! Back on thread, I've no knowledge of this car!
-
So it was only J reg between 2003 and 2005? I guess the guy (or girl!) that owned it during that time had the 'J' reg private plate on it at that time. The same as mine - an 'N' reg car but currently on a private 'G' reg plate.
-
The J plate will have been private. N reg would fit in with it being a 95 VR6 (and hopefully a Storm!) It should be on the logbook as a Storm if it is I think.
