  1. Ok, i have read many posts already, but still finding it hard to find the info.

I've got a 94 2.0 8V, So it has 4 x 100 stud pattern. Although i want to fill the arches (especially the rears) i don't want to comprimise handaling too much so having read previous posts.

So i have decided upon 16's but thats all i really know.

But what other sizes do i need to know before i make my purchase? I'm not looking for anything too big or wide, but would like a little bigger than the standard 15's.

I know this is a very typical newbie, but everyone seems to be running on many different sizes and suspension setups and i don;t wan't to make a expensive mistake.

    Thanks Steve

  2. Hi,

I have tried to search for what i;m looking for but had no luck, lots of very old posts.

I have a lovely new corrado and the gears all seem very wide apart the length between 1st and 2nd is huge. Now i know i've been driving a car thta has very tight grearing as tsnadard but even so it's like driving a old landy!

In your expert opinions what is the best way to imporve this???

And what is the best performance vs money???

    Many Thanks Steve

  3. Hey,

OK, i'm a newbie, so please go easy...

I'm in the process of buying my first Corrado, a dream of mine for several years.

Unfortunatly i'm 21, so the drea of a vr6 or 16v is out of the question with insurance.

I have found a lovely well looked after 2.0 8V, which has been loved and looked after well with a good history with it.

It has a factory fitted alarm/imobiler, however for my insurance it needs to be thatcham cat 1 or cat 2 does anbody know if it would be or is likely to be. It's a94 'm'reg.

    Many thansk Steve
