  1. Hi Folks, not been on here for ages but I have been meaning to post and sell off some of my parts hoard :)

New Pair of karmannski rep roof gutter rail trim, with end caps - SOLD

5 Slat Grill, been repaired and then repainted in satin black, looks ok - £10

Set of 4 Storm 15" BBS solitudes, recently professionally blasted and refurbished in silver powder coat (unmarked), 2 have no tyres and 2 have a pair of nearly new 195/50 rainsports - £120

Set of 4 15" Speedlines, decent condition but could do with a refurb, tyres are junk, 3 centre caps - £70

VR6 MAF, Was working fine when removed - £30

Drivers late type VR6 wing in Dragon Green, bottom bit by the sill has been stripped back to metal as I was going to coat it with POR before painting but never used it. Would need painting but it is not dented - £50 (collection only or buyer arranges courier)

Full set of rear lights from a late VR6, no cracks - £80

Dash speaker grills from late VR6 - £25

Heater controls from late VR6, working and with facia bezzel and knobs - £90

  2. Is it an early shape? With sliders for heater controls? If so how much for the clocks as I need a cable drive speedo for my track car. Also would be interested in the whole dash casing

  3. I've got a Kent cam in my MK2 track car, pepped it up nicely. Also had them in my old corrado valver and they did the job. Never tried them on a VR

  4. I do love a beemer but not the newer post 2004 ones, where they started coding all the parts so you couldn't fix them yourself anymore. Before that date they are an easy DIY car.

  5. I've had a look in the garage and I have the following parts

Hella OEM radiator (Brand new and NLA, I bought when I found out they were going NLA!)

Headlamp with excellent glass (not sure which side it is, will check)

Drivers side wing in Dragon Green, little bit of surface corrosion to inside (Totally usable with a clean up)

Spare set of rear standard lights (I was going to have them tinted all Red at one stage)

16V CDA gearbox Final Drive (Supposed to be a great fit for VR6 as it makes it rev more freely, never got around to doing it)

Heater controls, these were the original ones that broke and I have repaired a bent scroll track with resin

    Sunroof Motor (Spare)

Drivers side window scraper seal (Again NLA so I bought a spare)

Passenger side Genuine VAG roof trim

Various spare brand new clips from when I did the interior

Second hand pair headlight switch (Corrado ones often break)

  6. Lovely car but too cheap.. worth a few more pounds now prices on the increase.

I might stick it on eBay at the weekend for a higher price and see if I get any bites. Also, I've seen a 911 and the dealer is actually keen to do a part ex as he sells specialist cars. He's looking into corrado values as he has no clue at the moment.

Would much rather it stayed on the forum though.
