wow - but i gotta say i love the idea of it. now i just gotta get it workin! any ideas how to replace it?

ive had a pair of corrado 1.8 16vs and only just realised its got tha bloody thing!!!!! only thing now is that my new one isnt workin anymore - it moves up and down freely manually... any ideas? also, how much i should shed out for a new unit ( if they can be separated from the boot). can someone also explain how they work, and if they can be modified - i heard people make em come up at lower speeds. i feel stupid now - i was wonderin why at high speeds the back of the car looked higher outta my rear view mirror :oops: .
