  1. Up for sale is my 1994 Vr6 in Twilight violet Had to rewrite the advert due to an editing muckup the car has 143000 miles on the clock as had a load of work done last july when I took the car off the road and removed the engine and subframe ect. Mot due date is 19/07/2013 Serviced by VW May 2013 5 months tax work done to the car includes: -All engine ancillaries changed (power steering pump, water pump, oil pump, alternator, aux belt and tensioner) -steering rack has been replaced as well as track rod ends -all subframe bushes replaced as well as engine mounts (rear gbox mount is upraded mk4 tdi mount) -Lower swing arms have r32 bushes fitted with genuine vw ball joints -When I had the engine out I refurbished all the engine bay wiring fitting proper loom tape. -Also fitted a mk3 golf vr6 2.8 engine with 90k on clock, unfortunately I don't have any service history with the engine, but it is smooth and quiet and put out 194 bhp when put on the rollers at stealth racing, and uses very little oil. -bilstien b8 dampers fitted with eibach progressive springs -All discs and calipers all round have been changed, fronts uprated to 288mm brakes and all calipers are brand new. -Rear bearings have just been done, and front wheel bearings were done 1 1/2 years ago -has a pioneer head unit with blue tooth, and hands free, with pioneer 6x9 speakers at the rear. -Headlight wiring loom upgrade has been fitted -All drive shaft CV joints have been replaced -I have replaced numerous coolant pipes, including the crack pipe, small pipes which connect to it which are hard to get to, thermostat housing and thermostat. -Window was changed at the end of last year -Cat 1 Clifford alarm fitted the heater controls all work, as do all the electrics (sunroof ect) however the rear spoiler auto control doesn't work but it works on the switch I have a Vehicle speed sense unit on order and this will hopefully fix the problem. The bonnet has stone chips on it and the rear arches are just starting to go, but seem solid. The Sills are solid and have no signs of rust The car is located In Carterton Oxfordshire, but can drive up to stockport if someone is serious about buying. After £2900 Overall the car is excellent and will be sorry to see it go, any questions please call me on 07446693821 Here is a link to the advert on pistonheads for pics: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifie...6-1994/1411546
  2. Volkswagen Corrado G60 1991 For Sale! I did not think i would ever sell this car, but bought only thinking about myself and how i have always wanted one and not my wifes bad back, only ment a matter of time until i was taking it out by myself became less and less. This car must be the only one in its league, just over 53,000 on the clock now and i have a full service history sat next to me with a bill for nearlly every year since it was brought brand new! In 1991 volkswagen had this car in the showroom for 3 months, the accountant for the bank of england then went into the garage and wanted a G60 to drive away that day. I have the bill of sale for that day 22nd of november 1991 where it was bought from whites wimbledon volkwagen garage for £16,000! And it didnt have any miles on the clock! Serviced at whites in- 1992 Aug- 7,333 miles 1993 Aug- 10,743 miles 1995 Sept- 16,235 miles 1996 Aug- 19,009 miles 1997 Aug- 22,661 miles 1998 July- 24,441 miles 1991 July- 25,892 miles 2000 July- 29,471 miles 2001 July- 31,392 miles Then serviced at Delta autos 2002 July- 32,401 miles 2003 July- 33,376 miles 2004 July- 35,150 miles 2005 July- 37,135 miles 2007 Aug- 44,807 miles (also full cambelt kit) 2008 July- 46,512 miles 2009 July- 49,500 miles 2010 July- 51,384 miles 2011 July- 52,244 miles (Including a full respray, bill for £2500) 2012 July- 52,522 miles Also there were many other things done as the time of the service, all on the bills, brakes, tyres, battery, extra keys, wheel bearing etc.. Also i have many of the mots, i wouldnt say all but i have over 15! So as im sure you can see the owner looked after this car very well, as of 2011 he decided he wanted to sell it, offered it to a few close friends but didnt want to sell it to a stranger who could ruin the car! In october 2012 he used it to go and pick something up and sadly had a small accident and decided he really didnt want the car and more as he was getting to old to drive it, this is when i bought it from the insurance company (so sadly the accident was recorded on the register) I then bought another corrado 16v to use for parts, i replaced the bumper, bonnet, headlights, doors, wings (which took me AGES to source totally solid ones with no rust at all) i then got the front end resprayed (the back end is still like brand new so didnt need doing) I done this car for me to keep for a long time so i dont it to a very very high standard, i am a fully qualified mechanic, i have worked on vws for 6 years and no them inside out! As i had another car nothing was missed at all, anything else i sourced and found, everything apart from the passengers outer wing mirror triangle which it requires, if i get one before i will fit no problem. So basically this car is like a time warp, i mean it still has the first aid kit in the back which is unopened! Try and find one of them! The seat had a slight rip, so i bought another seat to use the same material and got it professorially repaired, it is mint! Only mods i have done is rolled the rear arches and put the porsche twists on with adapters, 20mm on the front and 43mm on the back and a set of coilovers. Now the price is £3995 with the porsche twists (imported from a custom wheel shop in hollywood) and adapters Or £3495 with the original BBS alloys which were fitted when it was new The porsche wheels are triple chromed 17 inch and not a common thing to see! i would sell these separate! My phone number is 07885427021 Take your chance to own a piece of history It has tax for 4 months and i will get 12 months mot on it for the buyer. Very sad to see it go but as is life! Many thanks! PX'S CONSIDERED

  4. G60 | Black | Salem, MA, US Price: $2000 Description: 1991 Volkswagen Corrado G60. This is the supercharged 4-cylinder model, the rarest since it was made for the shortest period of time. Rolls on 16" BBS RS rims. The rims alone go for a ton, may sell separately. Car has 125,xxx miles on it. I bought it in January from a guy in CT, he told me the title was original, when I got to the RMV they were like "this is a copy" and basically it's taken me 4 months to get a new freaking title for it. I just FINALLY got it registered today, but basically, over the four months that it's been sitting there, as I put money into fixing it up, I've grown to hate it. More the car itself and what it stands for. It needs someone to come in with an open mind and fix her up. She needs work, but runs, I've put about $600 into it since I've bought it and have driven it MAYBE 3 miles. BUT, it now has a clean title. I spent four months getting this title. So you can trust me when I tell you, this is a real title. Other specs, based on what the seller told me it's got an upgraded cam, supercharger upgrades (gets up to about 20 pounds of boost), it's got some dope rockford speakers, some dope boston acoustics speakers...but no actual radio. It's on KYB coilovers, the automatic spoiler works, it's got a cold air intake, front and rear strut bars...basically it's 90% finished. Runs and drives, but needs work. I also have two racing seats it came with. May sell separately, may not. Really, just get this car out of my sight. The chassis is in good shape, I was told there's no rust and I haven't seen any, but due to trying to get a freaking title from the d**khead who sold it to me, I haven't gone in depth with it. I haven't got a great picture of it, but I'll get some tommorrow. Basically it's black, it's a corrado, it's on coils but not dragging on the ground. Euro headlights/tail-lights. COME, SAVE THIS CORRADO. $2000 takes it.
  5. 2.0 16v | Aqua Blue Pearl | London Price: £550 Description: i am debating on selling my corrado 16V, this has been off the road for some years although i had it MOTd a couple of years ago. main reason why I have to let go is I know I'm not going to have time to get this sorted due to my wedding and work situation. its the Aqua Blue pearl colour. She has covered 73K genuine miles and all the electrics work fine and there are no bolster wears to seats. I carried out an engine conversion on this approx, 5 yrs ago; installed the mk3 golf gti 2L 16V ABF engine, which is 150BHP standard; we had all the block oil seals replaced (although engine had only covered 60k) and had a new clutch installed. In addition there is a re-mapped ECU carried out by AMD and the car seems to pull faster than my VR6 and must say is fast and no doubt economical at same time. sad thing is I just don't have time for these car projects anymore :-( .. however, the body work needs attention; are minor dents on panels, wing will need replacing due to a large dent which I already have a replacement (same colour) and also needs a front bumper as lower section has been damaged (again I have a replacement). The Rado has koni adjustable suspension; car is sits with a perfect drop. You will be seeing the car for eactly what she is; once the bodywork is sorted this will be mint with a quality and very reliable economical engine set up but with alot more power than the original Corrado 2L 16V! For those who don't know about the ABF 150BHP engine, VW had this engine restricted due to the VR6 being their top spec model (the golf VR6 was 20BHP higher than the 16V). This engine is suited to 170BHP and is around 165BHP at present. Anyhow, it's a shame to see this go as alot of effort was put into doing the conversion; all the wiring loom and control modules for the engine are as per the original mk3 16V GTI set up (1997). I will be looking at taking £600 which is a steal when you think about what you will be getting. Also not forgetting this engine has also covered alot less than the 73K miles and in addition has also been overhauled!..no doubt this will be a reluctant sale, if i let her go! I will get photos up real soon.
  6. VR6 | Moonlight Blue | Cardiff/Walsall (West Mids) Price: £2000 Description: It is a sad day - I am regretfully putting my VR up for sale! Due to a recently very complicated life, including a break-up, moving house and ending up dossing on friends/my parents sofa, I have come to the conclusion that I temporarily at least can't keep the VR - I know everyone always bangs on about a reluctant sale, but it really, really is! Anyway, enough of the sob story, have some facts: Moonlight Blue M(94) Reg VR6. Taxed till end of June '13 and Mot'd till July. 174,000 miles but you would never really guess it from the interior and the way it drives (mileage will rise as still in use until prised out of my hands) - Reasonably standard engine wise, and a few choice modifications (all reversible if required): Good Bits: - Strong engine - May have done reasonable mileage, but pulls like a train. Uses no oil/water at all. Standard other than a cone filter and Magnecor leads, and was rolling-roaded by a previous owner (I believe who is/was on here) at 209bhp. - There is a fair bit of service history with it, and according to the previous owner the timing chains have been done (no receipt, although I am prepared to believe it as no nasty noises etc) - Brand New Starter Motor fitted a couple of months ago - ELECTRIC RECAROS!! - If I am honest, one of the main reasons I bought it in the first place. Half leather electric Recaros (proper Corrado ones). From a left hooker, in good condition with only a little bit of wear (see pics) - They are probably worth virtually half the price of the car alone from a hunt around the net! First Aid kit & Warning Triangle still present. - Two keys still present, and a fully working, none-pain-in-the-bum full closure alarm/immobiliser! - KW V1 Inox Line coilovers - Not seized (I adjusted them recently) and a really nice ride for coilies. They are not wound down stupidly low, so plenty of scope to go up, down or stay the same dependant on your taste. - Cat Back Magnex Stainless Exhaust - Not too loud, but a perfect VR burble/roar when you give it some welly (driving through tunnels has become my new favourite pursuit!) - Full Samco Hose Kit - Oil, filter & plugs done this month - Magnacor HT leads - 312mm front brakes (TT/S3 calipers and discs) - New pads and Discs fitted this month. These really do make it stop like a much more modern car - best mod you can do to a VR in my humble opinion! Looks to me like back calipers have been refurbed at some point in relatively recent history (although prior to me) too. - Lupo GTI (I think, possibly TT if not) wiper arms and blades - Whether Lupo or TT, definitely the 'proper' job, with the proper arms, not just ebay flat blades on normal arms. - Relayed Headlights - Second to the brakes, must be the best mod to a VR (or any old VW!) as good as the Xenons on my old A3 in my opinion - All the electrics (except the sunroof - see below) work, seriously! on a Corrado! - spoiler works both on switch and automatically, one-touch electric windows work, electric mirrors work, lights work, heater works on all speeds, even the windscreen wipers work fairly well for a rado! - New Battery (4 year Guarantee) fitted about 2 months ago - Both front wheel bearings done in Dec/Jan (cant remember off the top of my head, but have receipts - one of the few jobs I let the garage do rather than me due to pain factor!) - New Aux belt and tensioner fitted in March - Has been unbelievably reliable given it is a 20 year old, handbuilt, V6 sports coupe! Until a month ago I was doing 150 miles a day in it virtually every day, and even now I am doing Mondays Walsall to Cardiff, business miles during the week then back to Walsall on a Friday, with no problems. - Is actually reasonably un-thirsty (for what it is) - I am getting real world 32/33mpg on the motorway if not driven hard. I am sure that there is probably more than that, but will add to the advert if I think of it. Bad Bits: - Slight power steering fluid leak on one pipe - easy enough to sort but not had the time - Sunroof very recently started playing up and wont currently open - Not had time to look at it/sort, but am guessing it is the usual corrado fun and games! - Gearchange is a bit sloppy - 174K miles has taken it's toll on the gearchange a touch. I am 99% sure it is wear on the shifter mechanism (on top of the box where the cables fix to) as my high mileage A3 with a similar setup went exactly the same - Again an easy fix with the new part, but frankly it has never bothered me too much to do. - Bodywork is a bit tatty - Overall looks good from 4 feet away, but there are a number of small dinks, stonechips etc - It is 20 years old and Dark Blue, so they tend to stand out, but frankly overall pretty presentable - Passenger side door is not blue! A previous owner scraped the passenger side along a low wall/post, wrecking the door, wing and taking some paint off the sill. Wing has been replaced with a moonlight blue one, but the door is light purple. In the flesh, it actually (believe it or not) isn't that noticeable, but it needs sorting really. I was going to get someone to blow it over the right colour, and touch in the paint on the sill at the same time. Equally you could replace the door with a moonlight blue one - see the pics to see what I mean. - Needs at least 2 new tyres (although they are only 16s, so not too pricey) Again that is all I can think of, but always prefer to be honest, so if I think of anything else, I will add it to the advert. Overall it is a good, usable corrado, that with some tidying up (like I planned to do before the world conspired against me) could be a really nice one, and you can still drive it around while you sort it all out! Is no longer on the BBS as in some of the photos, and is now back on the 5 spoke speedlines as in some of the other pictures. Can get extra pics if anyone wants (is a touch difficult as the ex-mrs got custody of the camera in the breakup, so would only be crappy phone pics!) but would really like any prospective buyer to come and look at it. I am aware that it is almost definitely worth a bit more in bits, but would rather not break a perfectly good car, plus my circumstances make that difficult at the minute, but if there are no takers, that is probably what I would have to do (with tears in my eyes!) Can be viewed in Cardiff City Centre in the week, and Walsall, West Mids most weekends Cheers for looking, any questions, just shout Dan

  9. 2.0 16v | grey | sheffield Price: £500 Description: Looking to sell my 1993 2l 16v corrado in grey. Its covered 185000 miles, engine is still going strong. Does loose coolant overtime but this is due to a leaking heater matrix. I servced the car and replaced rear discs, pads and bearings at the end of last year. all tyres in good condition with plenty of tread. Tax runs out at the end of next month and there is 5 months MOT on it. The car was classed as a write off in 1996 (i think) and all it needed was 2 new headlights, front cross member, bonnet and a radiator, so the previous owner repaired it and put it back on the road. Ive owned the car for about a year now, and really enjoyed it, Only reason im selling it is because i needed something bigger and more practical. This could be a really nice car with a bit of time and effort spending on it. thanks, paul Any Questions just ask, im looking for around the £500 mark but make me an offer as i need to get rid of it as quick as possible.

  11. 1.8 16v | Black | Aberdeenshire Price: £650 ono Description: H plate 1.8 16V Corrado. I used to do hillclimbs and sprints with this car but it has been on SORN for 2 years now. I used it as a daily driver for a while when I was out of work and it's never let me down. It's showing 130k odd on the clock. I've done a bit of modding to it for competition but not too much. You can see from the pics that it still has the rear bench and all the trim in it apart from the carpet. The parcel shelf is whole and never been drilled. It has Sebring Alloys x5 with Avon ZV3 tyres all in good condition.(they are listed on list 1A of MSA handbook so allowed for the class I was running in) It's got: Front adjustable strut brace Rear strut brace Solid front engine mount 50 mm inlet manifold Competition pedal covers Braided brake flexi hoses Poly bushes on bottom arms (steering rack poly bushes still in box) 4 branch exhaust manifold Uprtated springs and shockers all round (can't remember the make - bought from E-bay) The front seats are gone but the sliding mounts for 2 cobra monaco seats are included, the seat belts are gone also. Electric sun roof and spoiler still work, centre consul and gear knob are still there. It will need to be trailered away as the front seats are missing and the fuel distributor is sticking and not delivering fuel to the injectors. I really want to keep this car but I don't have time to get it up and going. It's been in indoor storage for 2 years. Would like someone to get the good of it. E-mail me with any questions. More photos available just e-mail

  13. 2.0 16v | Flash Red | Marton in Middlesbrough Price: £3500 ono Description: As the title reads here is my 1993 Vw Corrado 16v for sale. i have owned the car since november and it stands me at roughly about £4500 which i have reciepts for (i know i wont get my money back before anyone says lol), it has 9 months MOT and 9 months Tax. The work carried out was extensive on the mechanical side first of all (as we all know you cant polish a turd :lmfao:) so i replaced the following to get it ready for its MOT; Front wishbones and bushes front and back brake hoses rear suspension struts (boge) rear calipers discs and pads all round (brembo) horn rear wheel bearings abs sensors x 4 rear abs sensor rings once the car had passed its MOT there were a few other areas which i wanted to address, they are as follows; oil cooler alloy radiator new header tank oil filter oil change spark plugs HT Leads lowering springs 40mm all round (ride is great and not too stiff, no rubbing at all) brake fluid change new radiator hoses heater matrix as you can see there is allot i have done to restore this car to its former glory, but that wasnt enough for me so i decided on getting the car properly sorted, the following mods were carried out; full windows out respray (2 pack original paint in flash red) new windscreen dare rs 16" wheels (staggered fit) 4 x toyo T1-R tyres astorm cream leather interior (great condition) the car has a milltek exhaust fitted and sounds great, the standard 2.0 16v 09A engine pulls really well and runs as it should, i have stopped using this as my daily as it is far too clean to start running it through haverton hill everyday. there are a few bits i would like to do to the car and if the buyer would like me to complete i will but if not this is a really easy list of jobs to make the car 100% jobs to do 50mm splitter to fit drop front another 15mm remote central locking (addition to the existing vacuum central locking) window wiper arms, door handles to refurb i am looking for £3500 ono, this car really is as good as the pics look and is worth coming to see, im sure a few on here will agree that my cars are always done to a good standard, anyway you guys will have your own opinions but have a look and any feedback would be greatly appreciated. 14. G60 | red | watton norfolk Price:SOLD SOLD SOLD Description: Really dont wanna sell this but need the money to get my van painted its a 1991 on and H reg Really nice car to drive has the power too from the 1.8 160bhp supercharged engine Tax till end may mot till october its totally standard that much even the spare wheel is the same, all have excellent tyres and wheels are very good too, It has a 90mm front splitter, its done (are you ready) 183k its had a service and the supercharger was done last year (by previous owner) have the old bits it has a little hole in the drivers seat bolster no bigger than a 50p n/s/r wheel arch has minor damage (see photo) few other little marks as to be expected for a 22 year old car it has a spare ECU that the previous owner was going to get remaped/chipped but didnt in the end drivers door handle has decided to stop working on the outside (its the pin in the handle not pushing the release down) just needs a new handle or repair kit it also has an starting problem , it will always start just takes 10-15 seconds, you chaps have told me its the coolant temperature sensor, which means (for the people who dont no) the coolant temp sensor tells the ECU when the coolant is cold and so tells the cold start injector to fire on start up, which should fire more fuel into the inlet, (this is not expensive to replace about £20 and easy to do) just haven't the time and its just sitting there it also has an amp and 6x9s in the parcel shelf, central locking and yes the spoiler does still go up and down, the headlining has also started to sag in places, Windscreen also has a crack at the bottom, think thats about it looking for 1500 may take less for quick sale as ive lost interest in her and need my van painting [/img][/img][/img]
  15. VR6 | Dark Blue | North London, Alexandra Palace Price: £2250 Description: 1995 - N Reg - Corrado VR6 - 120,676 Miles - Tax & MOT until May 2013 - original and unmodified 4 previous owners, all looked after it, FSH and a thick file of receipts. I have owned it since November 2008 and it has been a joy, started first time every time and it's taken me all over the country to France and back and I'm sad that it is time to sell. Since I have owned it all work has been carried out by Paul at The Phirm (http://www.thephirm.co.uk/). Mechanically it is solid, but the paint work has suffered a little from 4 years in central London and 1 in the 'burbs. People who can't park have been scrapping the corners and as a result the bumpers could do with a respray. There are also a couple of other dinks (see pictures below), as well as minor stone chips on the bonnet. I also made a mistake when fixing a broken wing mirror and the replacement is not exactly the same colour - but it works perfectly! Interior is in pretty good condition, although no drivers floor matt, it has a Sony bluetooth audio system (MEX-BT3800U). Still has the original first aid kit and factory fitted immobiliser. Electric windows, wing mirrors and spoiler all work. The sunroof was a little temperamental last time I used it but it hasn't been sun roof weather recently! Any questions, just ask. I can't work out how to add photos to an existing post, so here is the link to the car on Pistonheads.co.uk, where there are pictures http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/volkswagen/corrado/volkswagen-corrado-vr6-1995/1275833 It's a great example and will make you happy!
  16. 2.0 16v | Blue | Bournemouth Price: £1650 Description: I am selling my 2.0litre 16valve Corrado which I have owned for the last 4.5 years. The car has not really been used for the last 12 months due to passing my motorbike test and getting a company car. Good Points Borbet A wheels Koni shocks and springs Eiback Anti roll bars front and rear. Badge less grill iPod connection Spoiler still works! Mot till sept 2013 Tax until July Bad Points In need of two front tyres Tracking needs doing Needs new o/s door lock One wheel has a flat spot (still holds air) Bonnet release cable snapped Splitter is cracked This car was used as a daily up until last year with very few problems at all, I have tried to list everything honestly, if wanted I can look to put tyres on but will obviously want to cover this cost. Let me know if you would like any more info, I will try to add photos ASAP but don't have any on my iPad to do now. Thanks Mike

He has carried out the cam and chip upgrade, charger belt renewal along with a new cambelt and aux belts and tensioners, fitted the new custom stainless exhaust and fixed serveral other small bits which needed doing that he found. As it stands I would like £2500 ONO for a rare colour G60 that wont give you any trouble and starts on the button everytime rain or shine. REDUCED TO £1800!! MOT until October passed with no advisorys Tax until August Milage currently 146k but its my daily driver so may increase slightly I am only selling due to being offered my brothers VR6 and missing the noise! 19. VR6 | Gun Metal Grey in Lincolnshire - £600 I've owned this 1994 vr6 for approx 6 years & has done approx 124000 miles. Has been Sorn & stored inside a garage for 3 years now. Last year i decided with the car having such a good shell for it's age i would give it a full respray. Due to circumstances & priorities changing i have never got round to having it finished so it's time for me to find it a new home & somebody who has the time to complete it. Work done so far ... Fully de-glassed & tinted whilst out of the car. Upon removing the front screen i noticed a small amount of corrosion behind it on the lip that screen sits on. This was then cut out & a new strip welded in & properly sealed. Completely flatted off in preparation for the respray. At this point it became apparent that one if not most of the cars previous owners had the car repainted in it's original colour as i counted 10 coats inc the factory primer during this prep process. Both the bonnet & sunroof got stripped back to bare metal & are both primed & ready to paint. Fully demoulded & smoothed along the doors & wings. Roof mounted ariel removed & smoothed. Debadged & smoothed on the rear. Plastic numberplate surround removed & a metal plate shaped & welded on to tailgate. Runs in nicely to the lights & done properly by a bodyshop. Audi flush handle in passenger side door, filler needs rubbing down & the drivers door still needs to be cut out & welded in . Got the handle & mounting plate. Also got a passenger side door without the handle cutout incase you prefer having the original handles - To be included in sale Basically the whole car has been prepped inc the removal of any scuffs, marks or scratches. 90% done Brand New front screen & rubber trim - Cost £200 To be included in the sale 18''Audi wheels Momo Wheel & Boss - already fitted Blue Samco hose kit Black Cloth seats - great condition Laserline full closure, alarm with twin immobilliser Tracker - Not currently registered Sony mp3 player Sunroof not working - Common Problem Heater control unit only works on settings 1&2 No Radiator or Exhaust Small area on drivers sill needs Welding Recorded as Cat C - Minor front end prang. My fault although harshly judged in comparison to damage caused :( I'm selling this as an uncomplete car & unfinished project so am open to sensible offers around my asking price. I'll be happy to provide any more details or pictures upon request. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE Price now dropped to £600 no offers - Must go or will be breaking
  20. VR6 | Black magic shwarz | Durham Price: £1600 ono with wheels £1300 without Description: Hi, The time has come to sell my corrado VR6 i have owned the car for about two years now and i need something that i dont constantly want to buy things for, or get ideas about increasing power etc lol. The car is a 94, Brilliant Black Metallic LA9V Black heated leather interior Lpg conversion done and recently serviced in january Engine was serviced at end of january with new plugs, oil and filter it has a carbon air filter i think its a magnex exhuast on (not sure on this but it has some aftermarket stainless exhuast on) it had new leads last year the blue (performance??) leads New coilpack Lightened Flywheel (hotgolf one) working heater controls! working Fog Lights!! after market foglights and indicators Lamin-x Lights all round Flat aero Wipers on lupo/TT arms Spoiler works correctly! Coilovers fitted with new top mounts and bearings Toad AI 606 New clutch last year. dvd cd player with ipod cable and SD card reader with built in handsfree that works through the cars speakers. eyebrow spoiler. Pressed plates Rh Zw1's (need tyres) but will include original wheels and tyres Some previous history: 2009 New Rad Service Abs Sensors Service 2008 New dampers Service 2007 Service Leads Fuel filter Plugs 2006 Service oil service Cylinder head refurb(stealth racing) Cam followers timing chains Service New Rad 2005 Clutch Slave cyclinder Pads and discs Service~ 2004 Pads oil change wheel refurb oil change water pump oil cooler discs and pads Oil change 2002 plugs and leads as you can see the car has been well looked after in its past, it has around 190K miles but has only done about 50k since the head refurb so should be good for a long time yet. I gave the car a service when i bought it at the start of 2011 and have barely used it (just around town and short motorway journeys about an hour at most) Engine is really quiet and super smooth which id expect after being treated so well. The bits that need attention: New rear discs and pads and a handbrake cable (one included with the car) sunroof was swapped to a moonroof and it kept leaking so it has a bit of silicon around it to keep it water tight for now (still got the original solid steel panel to fit to the fully working mech) needs Tracking doing Paint work needs some attention here and there some bits blowing in. i recently fixed some scabs around arches and on bonnet just used solid black to get it protected it can hardly be noticed but to make it nice and shiny it would need blowing in in the correct colour. Replaced the rear bumper a year or so ago and this also needs painting as its just solid black. Needs a new bonnet cable ( i have machined new cable clip and trumpet end for a new cable though) needs new fan control unit. Engine is very strong pulls well and the car sounds fantastic!!!
