  1. *THIS IS NOT SOLD, IM AN IDIOT AND SELECTED THE PREFIX ON TAPATALK CAN AN ADMIN PLEASE CHANGE THIS AS I CANT SEEM TO DO IT ON MY PHONE!!* I bought this ASD and ran it on my G60 (which is being broken for spares) nice quiet box, I cleaned it with an acid cleaner when I bought it so it's nice and clean. With this box you can get just shy of 70mph in 2nd gear as it has very long gears. Also when cruising at 70-80 mph the box will be turning at 2-2.5k rpm, great for a long drive and good fuel economy. This is the single best modification you can make to a G60 in my opinion, it makes the car so much more drivable and should have had this box in from the factory. You will not regret fitting it. These are going on eBay for 180 at the moment, but you have to risk it being a dud. £190 + shipping or collection from West Sussex.
  2. For sale is a late VR6 clock cluster. 160mph 7000rpm. These have fitted a set of DDI illuminated dials and reverse LCD kit to turn the back light on the two screens red. The cluster also has a uv light inside to make the needles glow. Also all three gauges have DDI aluminium gauge rings which look very smart. These can be seen from the attached pictures. There is a slight scratch on the plastic over the Rev counter which I have also tried to show in the pictures. Once in the car this is not noticed. Looking for £150 Any questions please ask
  3. Hi, Still clearing out my workshop and I've found a few sets of mats and boot carpets that I've removed from various Corrados over the years. Now I'm not looking at getting much for these as none of them are in what I would call brilliant condition, however they are all presentable and I would probably say they would be ideal as an everyday replacement for your mats/carpets if you have a show car or expensive new mats etc. The first set of mats are a set of genuine VW black ones. The best set, I've vacuumed them and they've come up well. The drivers mat is worn with the backing fairly worn but still usable with the mounting clips intact - £SOLD The second set is again a set of genuine VW black mats. Come up well with a vacuum but the drivers mat is slightly worse than set 1 with some visible fraying at the top where it would be up near the steering column. It has some sort of mounting clips already attached which may come off, I haven't tried. £17 posted for these please: The third set is actually a mish-mash. There are three grey coloured aftermarket tailored mats and one genuine VW black mat (N/S/F). All are in good condition and have vacuumed up well. The drivers mat is again the most worn but still usable. £12 posted for these please: And finally, two boot carpets, both removed from late VR6's. Neither are perfect, with one having a strip removed near the front, probably for some electrical wiring at some point and the other having a couple of small, not really visible cuts towards the back. Both have vacuumed up well and probably ideal to cover a clean boot carpet if you use the car daily etc. I don't really want to post these so they are FREE to the first person who comes to collect them from my workshop in Derbyshire DE7. 4. Hi, Wise man once said "man can never have too many flywheels" but clearly he can as I've got three of them and don't own one car that they'll fit, let alone three! Genuine VW, p/n is 021 105 273. All in good condition with the friction surface undamaged, no scores etc. Ideal as a spare or for lightening/balancing etc. £15 each collected from me at DE7 6HB or I'll post them for £25. Thanks Tom
  5. Hi, More stuff - a Corrado spoiler module, removed from a late VR6. This means it sets the spoiler to rise at 55ish mph and drops at about 10mph. In full working order - VAG P/N is 535 919 845 C. £25 posted. Thanks Tom
  6. Hi, Another item kept as a spare - a Corrado headlight switch loom, removed from a late VR6. In excellent condition and ideal to replace a loom where the earth wire has burnt out (also to fit as a replacement with the inline fuse mod to prevent a fire in the first place!) £18 posted please. Thanks Tom
  7. Firstly I would like to apologise for this being my first post, but I bought my Corrado from a member so thought I would offer it here first. Sadly the time has come to sell my Corrado (had hoped this would never happen), due to moving house and a longer journey to work which means cycling is no longer possible I need a daily driver and I just don't want to put that much mileage on her. 10. Hi, I have here a PAS rack as removed from my 1994 VR6. It's in good, used condition and is basically as I removed it from the car. The threads where the hydraulic hoses mount are in good condition and the rack itself is fine with no visible corrosion or damage to the seals. The steering arms are included along with the gaitors and trackrod ends. The ball joints on the steering arms are good with no play however I'd recommend fitting new trackrod ends if you plan on fitting them. The gaitors are also good with no splits or perishing. £40 posted within the UK. Thanks Tom Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Hi, Here is a complete set of PAS pipes as removed from a 1994 VR6. All in good, used condition. The ends of the hardlines have been covered since removal to prevent dirt ingress. Includes the main pipes to and from the pump/rack as well as the various smaller rubber pipes, reservoir and cooling pipe that runs through he radiator support panel. £40 posted Thanks Tom Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Hi, A couple of bits here left over from my VR6. A lower inlet manifold, ideal for powdercoating and a fuel rail with FPR and plastic injector loom cover. Again ideal for powdercoating or maybe chroming? Anyway, £20 posted for the pair please. Thanks Tom Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Hi, Kept these as spares but no need for them. They're the black instrument surround panel that goes in the dash after the clocks. Most of them get drilled to fit alarm LED's or butchered in other ways - these have none of that! £20 posted each please. Thanks Tom
  14. Hi, Here is a powdercoated inlet manifold from a 2.0 16V - removed from Laser Marks car when we did a VR6 conversion back in 2012. It was powdercoated by Daves16V when he owned the car and is in a sort of pastel silver colour - non metallic. The VW-DOHC area is bare polished alloy. It's in excellent condition with some mild bubbling on some of the runners but generally very presentable. Also included is the throttle body, inlet pipe from the metering head, metering head cover, HT leads and a couple of breather pipes. All in very good condition, in full working order when removed and dry stored in a box in my workshop since then so no reason to presume they're anything but still working. I've no idea what they're all worth so I'm going to say £40 posted for the lot please. Not willing to split it as I'd just like it all gone as a oner. Pics below: Cheers! 18. Hi, I've got three Corrado exterior door handles that I've been hoarding. All are for the N/S - passenger side. As far as I'm aware all the handles have working microswitches for the central locking on both lock and unlock and all have intact plungers for the door mech. I would recommend fitting one of Daves16V kits though if you're going to fit these. I'd like £40 posted for each handle please. - EDIT - 1 left now! Thanks Tom
  19. Hi, Again, more hoarded items. Here are 2 brake pedal position sensors (EDIT - JUST ONE LEFT NOW) needed for the ABS on Corrados to work properly. Both checked prior to removal and both fully functional, kept as spares but never needed. £25 posted Thanks Tom
  20. Hi, Two central locking pumps that I've no need for now. Both fully working (slightly different coloured cases for some reason) and both removed from late Corrado VR6's. £13 posted for each one please - EDIT - just one left now!! Thanks Tom
  21. Hi, Tucked away in the corner of the workshop were these 4 shocks which I removed from a VR I broke a while back. The rears are newer than the fronts but all are serviceable with no fluid leaks and unmarked sliders/pistons. Ideal as spares or if you want to put a car back to standard height cheaply. £10 collected from DE7 6HB or £20 posted within the UK. Thanks Tom
  22. Found this ECU tucked away in the workshop today. It's from Laser Marks car which was running fine as a 16V prior to doing the VR6 conversion. Ideal as a spare - £10 posted please. Thanks Tom
  23. Hi, Just found this MAF that I was hoarding in case I ever did a coilpack conversion on my old VR6. I remember taking it off a VR that I broke a while back and putting it in a box for safekeeping. Probably won't need it now so it might as well go to a good home! £30 posted please! Thanks Tom
  24. Hi, Again more hoarded stuff - a load of metalwork removed from a VR6 engine - all three engine mounting brackets, alternator mounting bracket and a couple of assorted gearbox brackets. I kept them to get powdercoated to go on my VR but never got round to it - ideal for that purpose! £20 posted for everything. Thanks Tom
  25. Hi, Another hoarded item that I was going to put a new lens on. A late O/S (drivers side) foglight with a cracked lens, as per the pictures. The reflector is good, as is the rest of it, just needs a new lens. £25 posted. Thanks Tom
