cheesy 0 Posted October 25, 2004 Anybody know of any good auto electricians around the Leicestershire area? That could sort my new engine wiring loom out for my transplant cheers chris
Tattie 0 Posted October 26, 2004 How about touching base with C&R in Nottingham. Not too far from Melton and they'll probably have a few good contacts

Kevin Bacon 5 Posted October 27, 2004 Second to C&R... Steve Cresswell is the wiring master. He has all the proper plugs and tools that VW use. He rebuilt my ISV loom some years ago on the valver and it looked just like the factory wiring. Won't be cheap doing a full engine loom though. It's very time consuming. Kevin Bacon 5 Posted October 27, 2004 Ah OK. In that case it would be easier to get the entire loom and plug it into your fusebox. Not doing the Turbo conversion anymore then?

Cool hes said its a complete uncut loom. No to turbo i'm affraid. I just can't afford to do the full conversion with it now as i have some big plans in april next yr which requires massive amount of cash
