nigwell 0 Posted October 26, 2004 Hi Ive been having a problem with my VR6 starting lateley, basically its been fine for the last 6 months and then last week it began starting here and there, today it just turns over and wont fire at all? ive replaced various parts over the past 12months including the Ignition switch, BERU coil pack, crankshaft sensor, 109 relay, mass air sensor, plugs & leads and various other bits. the only thing i havent yet changed is the ISV (0 280 140 512) as im not sure if this would stop the car from starting? ive removed the ISV and cleaned it, but noticed that the valve doesnt seem to open? even when the ignition switch is turned on! it just stutters but doesnt open fully? does this sound normal.
