Jonny Chee 0 Posted November 3, 2004 Hi all, For the last two weeks my car has been cutting out a lot and then finally refused to start at all. Six garages could find no fault until my brother (under the telephone guidance of John Mitchell from JM Racing) bought a mulit-meter and tried to trace the problem electronically. He ended up looking at the ECU relay and found a break in the wire inside. He soldered it together and the car ran beautifully for 100 or so miles. That is until tonight when it refused to start again! I pulled out the ECU relay and put it back in, then the car started fine! Do you think I should purchase a new ECU relay?
