fidelityutensils 0 Posted December 28, 2004 Pretty sure my battery's a gonner, was wondering where I should get a replacement from and what type do i need to get? (I've left my factory manual at my girlfriends mums and I'm needing a jump start far too often at the mo!) would most appreciate any help or other advice, Cheers! bighairymuppet 0 Posted December 28, 2004 halfords do decent ones and they were on offer and come with 4 year warranty. They also have a chart with the corrado in it so you can make sure you get the right size. I took the largest tho rather than the standard
goodridge 0 Posted December 28, 2004 Halfords ones are Ok but dear. Go to your local dealer and ask for a Quantum or Genuine alternative. We stock Varta ones are they are shit hot. think you can get the biggest one for 40 odd quid.
bighairymuppet 0 Posted December 28, 2004 i cant rememebr the exact cranking output but its quite high. it was a calcium battery and £43 otherwise wouldn't have suggeted it. wouldn't usually give halfords the money but they had a good bit of money off which made it affordable and convenient option. Varta are good batteries though.
