retrodal 0 Posted January 13, 2005 Hi all, New to site, great site though. I'm off on Sunday to see a 1992 (j) G60. It has one owner and looks fantastic. I am a little concerned on the mileage. It has covered 130k. It has full service history and had charger reconditioned at 120k. Need I worry about the mileage? How many can these cars comfortably cover if looked after. What things should I ensure I look for. Price is £3500. Does this sound fair? It does not have leather seats but all electrics work including sunroof which tilts and slides. retrodal 0 Posted January 13, 2005 Its Black with grey interior. Jabba Sport did the recon. I'm being told that they are good for £40k so I only cover 5k a year so shold be ok for 8 years. swfblade 0 Posted January 13, 2005 charger rebuilds are around £350 - £400. http://www.pitstopdevolpments.com or http://www.g-werks.co.uk are the best bet. As for milage I wouldnt worry bout it. Majik 0 Posted January 13, 2005 Charger rebuilds cost anything between the region of 350 - 500 Yup the quality of parts differ between suppliers. I have seen a few blown chargers (including some that had jabba stickers on them), so getting a rebuild was precautionary but i did notice better performance since having the rebuild.
