ive done the mfa/charger test..............

right guys i tried the charger test through the mfa...

 

at tickover i get anything from 540-560 fluctuating with idle.

 

when i wound it up in 3rd,the highest i got was 1760.

 

am i right in thinking the no. at idle is too high,what do i need to check out?

 

what does the 1760 n0. mean?

someone will be along in a mo to correct me but 1760 at the top of third is about 12 or so psi so would indicate the charger is fine, i think i get appox that with a 68 and a fairly recently rebuilt charger. Id ignore the reading at idle..........
