Timo. 0 Posted February 28, 2005 undo front and rear engine mounts, slacken the gearbox one a bit. Then jack up the engine. (put a nice bit of old carpet on the jack so you dont scratch the engine at the bottom). Keep jacking until you can get at the pump pulley and get stuck in. You have to jack the engine pretty high!! Its not a difficult job. oh you need a suitable bolt to screw into the auxilary belt tensioner to slacken of the belt. 8mm if I remember correctly. Let me know if you need more detail. Timo.
