biggrim 0 Posted March 16, 2005 Take it to a garage!!!!! Done mine last weekend and it was a pain in the arse. Seriously tho, not that bad, just time consuming and fiddly (well it was for me, first time doing it). Just watch when putting the charger back on that you don't thread any of the bolt holes. Are you doing the pump, thermostat and the housing? The only other thing I'd say (which I found out from Henny after I'd done mine) is replace the crazy clips that hold the coolant pipes on with jubilee clips. Makes life alot easier.
