Rossco 0 Posted March 24, 2005 Ha ha mine did this, i thought it was the main pulley on the water pump and after buyin one from VW (£50 8)) it turned out to be the water pump itself, 20 notes for a whole new one from GSF and ther are well easy to change on the valver. I thought it was the alternator but I've put a different one on and it still does it, I was just going to post message and ask about it and I find this thread. :D Will change the water pump.
