vwcvr6 0 Posted April 11, 2005 hi guys i got a small prob! am not sure where its leaking from all i know is the floor is wet after i park it. i can c patches of liquid in the engine bay!!! managed to get a pic where i tink it leaks and i havnt got a clue what needs to be done any help will be appreciated :? thxs k Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

2cc 0 Posted April 12, 2005 vwcvr6 that's the auxiliary water pump. IF that's where its leaking, it'll either be from the hose connections or the plastic fitting on the bottom of the pump body. To get at it you'll have to take the end cover off the top of the engine. The pump is held on by two rubber mountings fitted to bracket bolted (3x10mm) to the top chain cover.
