Where is the engine number on a KR engine?

I looked in the manual and where it says it is,i cant find it.However it does look like a g60 engine in the picture,so is it in a different place on the 16v?Cheers Paul

Hi Paul the engine no. on a KR is stamped onto the cylinder block on the front face top right hand side as you look at it (installed) just below the join with the cylinder head. It will be on the prepared flat surface and will require cleaning off with a scraper and emery cloth in order to read it. Give me a call if you require further assistance.
