Roger Blassberg 0 Posted May 23, 2005 The time has come to replace front discs and pads due to general wear, so I am looking at upgrading the existing 280mm set-up with 288mm. Can anyone tell me the part numbers of the calipers, carriers and hoses please? Kevin Bacon 5 Posted May 23, 2005 I have a pair of the hoses you need surplus to requirements, otherwise Goodridge do them for £25 a pair. You need MK2 (olive) to MK4 (banjo) ends. Calipers are from Golf Highline as are the discs....and also late Vento and Golf VR6s and early MK4 Golf GTI 1.8Ts. They're all identical. Discs are a standard part off the shelf. Kevin Bacon 5 Posted May 23, 2005 Someone with ETKA should be able to help you out there.....but they are made by ATE, and not Lucas as per the 280s....so should be easy work for your local dealer.....if even just to get the part number....1997 Golf VR6 Highline.
