Help needed G60 TB and Inlet manifold- One for g-man poss???

Just finished porting, polishing TB and cleaning and painting it all and the inlet mainfold. But can you look in last pic. I can't remember which vacuum outlet goes to the ECU and which one is blocked off when the carbon can is removed????? A or B?????

ecu = A blank off B if you not running CC Any longer...

have you coned that outlet on the t/body

 

have you got a picture of the inlet from the other side

I only polished the throttle body up as bought it already ported. Was Bananamans Spare!

the red (on entry bit only) is where i removed metal,can see end result in second pic.

What did you use to grind your TB out?? I had a grinding stone on my dremel but was useless!!!!

 

Darren still not sure what you mean by coneing the back out!?? I've attached a pic of the bacl of my old TB perhaps you could mark on their where you would cone it???

for ally you need carbide burrs to remove material without it instantly clogging..

ended up doing it by hand with emory paper.

what size collett does your dremmel have ? will be either 3mm or 6mm shank

I dremmelled mine.... I used carbide paper tubes on a rubber shaft and it did it in no time whatsover... 8)
