Hi there,

 

I'm finally getting around to lowering my C after nearly a year and a 1/2 of ownership.

 

The obvious kit to go for is the KONI / EIBACH setup, however, I have a few mates with Golf GTi's who swear by Raceland stuff.

 

The Raceland stuff is certainly cheaper than the KONI / EIBACK kit and i'm wondering if anyone has experience of either setups.

 

Really just want to know if the KONI / EIBACH setup is pound for pound better that my cheaper option.

 

NOTE: Maybe i'm not looking hard enough, but i'm sure when I originally looked Raceland did a set of Shocks for the VR6 Corrado, but at this moment, I can't see them on the site, so this topic may turn out to be about spring choice only, unless someone spots the shocks somewhere

Go for Koni shocks with H&R springs or FK Konigsport coilovers of i were you mate. Plenty of people use these set-ups and don't have any complaints about them ......

dont touch the raceland kit they are poo. but try these with the H&Rs.

The KONI / EIBACH setup is great, in fact, I think I was still running them the time I took you round Knockhill.
