Doing a bottom end re-build

basically will be doing the bottom end soon,

 

does anyone know where i can get the high temperature paint/spray, is there specific one's or will i find 1 at my local halfords?

Think you can just use hammerite and paint it on. Mines been done with that and its lasted pretty well.

I got some high temp spray from Halfords for my rocker cover in a kind of moon grey type colour and is been fine for months now. I put about 8 thin coats on waiting a few mins between each coat. It came up a treat. Might want something a bit hardier on a block though an it's likely to get oily and stone chipped

I used hammerite aswell, no problems brush painting onto cast, comes up lovely. Those aerosol paints are far too thin for my liking.
