saysomestuff 0 Posted August 1, 2005 Hi all, Pretty much just musing at the mo as there are a hundred things this could be but on the way back from London (to Cardiff) today the old girl was running rough as a badger's ass: Stuttered on the starter for too long before starting Noticeable flat spot/hesitation between 1k and 2.5k RPM fuel consumption worse by about 5mpg engine temp up by about 6 degrees (coolant temp fine) Any ideas? saysomestuff 0 Posted August 2, 2005 Will check the leads - it seemed to me to be a fuelling problem, Anyone else got any ideas?
Jim 2 Posted August 2, 2005 Lambda probe and blue coolant sensor are classic causes of weird problems like this. Also worth getting the fuel filter changed as that can cause some weirdy running problems as the car isn't being fueled correctly.
